H2O design by Studiopepe | Living Etc Style Awards 2024

The H2O armchair designed by Studiopepe for Gallotti&Radice has been selected as the winner of the prestigious Livingetc Style Awards in the ‘best accent chair’ category.   H2O is a chair with rounded shapes and a characteristic hole in the backrest, which together with the graphic design of an H created by the lines of the seat and armrests, reveals the name of the project. It is a chair that is striking for its innovative and distinctive design, taking its name from the water formula and recalling its essentiality in form and function. The circular void at mid-height and the semi-oval backrest shell not only give the chair an iconic and memorable aesthetic, but are also designed to add to its comfort.

H2O is the ideal solution not only for living spaces, but also for halls and reception rooms. It can be upholstered completely in leather or fabric, in the colours and finishes of the sample collection.The hinges are matched with the chosen upholstery. Of the many entries received, H20 impressed the judges and emerged as the deserving winner.
The award ceremony took place on Wednesday 23 July in the splendid setting of the Mandarin Oriental in London.
